  • Contact you with regards to your pet or any services, products or events which you and your pet may benefit from.

  • To locate and enter your pet’s medical records to authorise and submit orders for repeat veterinary prescriptions and diets and apply the necessary charges to your account.

By submitting your information through the Pet Health Club registration form, you are thereby giving us permission to pass these details onto the The Practice Business which supply and manage the Pet Health Plan subscriptions on our behalf.

We will never pass on any of your personal details to any third party without your prior consent unless:

  • required by law,
  • for the returning of a lost pet to its original owner through the microchip tracking system. Information may be sent to the microchip registration company to facilitate the transfer, not to the original owner (unless your permission is given).
