I’ve used 608 for all of my pets since the 1980s. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. It doesn’t matter which vet can see you, they are all very professional. A few years ago, one of my dogs was admitted to the hospital. Staff were so understanding and kind.
Staff were lovely, really helped to make our pets feel comfortable - and being first time pet owners we were put at ease and really appreciated all the advice and care that was given to our animals!
Katie the nurse was so very helpful knowing this is the first time I’ve had a puppy she reassured me with my worries and decision's with Alfred . Katie was so friendly and answered my questions and my sons questions who has Autism.
The Vet Siobhan is excellent, articulate, well researched and can explain things in a way that I understand and builds trust so I have confidence in the recommendations. The reception staff are great, friendly and create a nice atmosphere.
After ringing round several different vets which was fairly local to where our care home is was yourselves that was also the only vets with vets that specialise in reptiles so we was able to register and been seem with our yellow belly slider turtle.
